CANCELLATION POLICY: QuickSip will accept cancellations with no charge up until the time your order has left the building for delivery. If the package has already left the building, we will accept cancellation requests but will charge a $7.50 restocking fee, along with a $2.50 service fee.

15% GRATUITY POLICY: QuickSip has a mandatory 15% minimum gratuity policy. Any added gratuity to a check that does not meet this minimum will be adjusted to reflect our policy.

Deliveries are subject to limitations by local law both in terms of time and day restrictions if and where applicable. Purchasers using Quick Sip must be 21 years or older to use and purchase products from the site & app. By downloading, accessing or using Quick Sip, Inc.’s mobile application “the app”, website or other products or services, “the services”, You agree that you are fully able and legally competent to agree to these terms set forth, and any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services “Content” you agree to be bound by these terms.

The term “you” or “user” “customer” “purchaser” “alcohol recipient” shall refer to any person or entity who views, uses, accesses, browses or submits any content or material to the app or site. Your access to and use of the services are conditioned on you accepting and complying with the terms. Falsely representing, perpetrating and or disguising the intended use and identity of a Quick Sip customer which Quick Sip deems as an actual consumer with intent to consume and for no other reason implied or not; as such but not limited to: a competitor both within and not within the serviceable delivered market place, a foreign government agency, a domestic state and or federal government agency used to deceit, delay shipments, attempt unlawful electronic entrance through the actual site, server, web host of QuickSipDelivery.com or affiliates and or partners will be faced with litigation for any current, past or future sales losses to be served and held within the Trial, Appellate and Supreme courts of Pennsylvania; furthermore in case of misrepresentation either by a competitor both within and not within the serviceable delivered market place, a foreign government agency, a domestic state and or federal government agency is also prohibited and deemed as but not limited to: enticement, deception, allurement and entrapment will also be faced with litigation for any current, past or future sales losses to be served and held within the Trial, Appellate and Supreme courts of Pennsylvania.

If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, then you may not use the app, website, and other products or services. By submitting an order and agreeing to our terms at checkout you agree to all of these terms and certify that in doing so; releases and indemnifies QuickSip and its affiliates from any wrong doing. When purchasing and receiving your order a valid government issued ID must be present and shown to the driver upon delivery. The Government issued ID presented must match the name on the credit card that was used for purchasing. If the billing and shipping names differ from the credit card user vs. the recipient for reasons but not limited to as buying as a gift(s), buying as a representative for a corporation, buying as a representative for a non profit, etc. an employee from QuickSip will contact the name on the credit card billing address field (Purchaser) to verify the age, identity and authorization of said transaction via electronic correspondence.

The purchaser and customer agrees and understands that the items purchased is for their own personal consumption and that the purchased items will not be distributed or used commercially or offered to persons under the age of 21. Quick Sip or any of its affiliates partners will not be held liable for any actions or laws not followed by the purchaser according to federal and state: laws, mandates, rules, regulations and guidelines. Please note in any case of a transaction the following applies; that when processing and submitting an order through our checkout cart, the sale is not yet finalized until the validation of a U.S. issued government identification card is authenticated. The amount processed is held as pending until such verification and validation of the recipients’ age is verified. The sales transaction does not occur at the delivery address, merely the verification of age. The order and transaction; in-which originated from, and pending amount held, occurs at the location of: 738 Mod Inc (a.k.a the origin) with a physical address consisting of: 738 South 11th Street in Philadelphia, Pa, 19147.

After age verification is completed, the origin of the transaction is when and where a pending charge becomes a sale. This is done as to protect the identity and verification of the recipient, and to insure that said recipient is of U.S. legal drinking age. Neither Quick Sip, nor any officer, director, employee, shareholder or agent of Quick Sip shall be liable to the User or any third-party for any claims relating to the purchase, sale, delivery and/or consumption of the alcoholic beverage or any consequences which may result thereof. You agree to, indemnify and hold harmless Quick Sip’s entities from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the services; (ii) your violation of any term of these terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your use of the services caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these terms and your use of the services. Your use of the app and/or services is subject to all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations and you will not use the app for any illegal purposes; you will not to use the app to purchase alcohol unless you and the alcohol recipient are 21 years old or older and can provide a valid form of identification, which verifies your age, at the time of delivery; If a valid Government issued ID is not available nor the person whom placed the order and who’s name is on the credit card used for purchase isn’t available the delivery driver will not leave the items ordered due to state, federal laws and guidelines and regulations listed in the terms of this service agreement.

Under federal and state guidelines and laws if the purchaser is deemed visibly intoxicated upon delivery the service will not be completed and the products will not be left.

 

If for any reason of the purchasers failure to not follow the state and federal guidelines as well as these terms of use and conditions, a restocking fee of $7.50 in addition to a $2.95 delivery attempt fee will be charged to the credit card used and the balance of the purchase will be refunded back to the credit card used. All items not delivered due to any violation of the user within the terms of use and federal and state law will be removed from the order and returned back to the seller. Quick Sip reserves the right to prosecute, to the fullest extent of the law: any attempt by you to misconstrue your age, either directly or indirectly; or any attempt to use Quick Sip Services to provide alcohol to an individual who is under the age of 21.

Quick Sip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the user’s failure to comply with the terms or applicable laws. The terms will continue to apply until you or Quick Sip terminates them as follows: You discontinue using the services; or Quick Sip terminates your account or ceases offering the services to you at any time for any reason.

The Quick Sip logo, name, layout, systems and overall feel of both the website and app are property of Quick Sip and any reproduction, infringement or attempt to copy is against federal law and all violators will be prosecuted according to federal copyright infringement laws. The user will not use the app to engage in commercial activities, aside from those sanctioned by Quick Sip; you will not copy or distribute any content from the site & you will not resell the use of the app or services to a third party; All items, pages, technologies and patents on Quick Sip are owned by Quick Sip Inc. Trademarks are held by their respective owners. Duplication is strictly forbidden unless written permission is granted. Images are for representation purposes only.
